Borussia Monchengladbach claim to have agreed a deal withChelsea to sign Thorgan Hazard, brother of Stamford Bridge star Eden, on loan for next season. The 21-year-old has spent the last two seasons on loan with Zulte Waregem and was named Belgium's Player of the Year last term.
